Component is digitized using structured-light scanning. Point cloud is post-processed and validated for coverage and accuracy.

Engineering

Parametric CAD model built from scan data. GD&T annotations applied. Drawing package prepared per your standard.

QA & Verification

Model deviation report against scan. For Tier 3, physical component is CMM-verified against the CAD model before dispatch.

Secure Delivery

Encrypted file transfer or physical shipment. Original component returned. Full documentation package included.
